Start with the assessment. Then add the services you need.
Managed services are a layer on top, not a replacement for knowing where you stand. The H2Cyber assessment tells you exactly what your gaps are and what to prioritize. Once you know that, our managed services let us handle the monitoring and protection for you on an ongoing basis, so you're not checking these things yourself every day.
You don't have to buy managed services to get value from the assessment. And you don't need managed services to start.
Device Monitoring
We keep an eye on your devices around the clock, so you don't have to.
What's included:
- Confirmed supported operating system (Windows, Mac, and Linux)
- Encryption monitoring: your device is encrypted at rest
- Patch monitoring: your device gets the latest security updates, automatically
- Security awareness training throughout the year
- Antivirus and EDR: detection and response for known and emerging threats
- Alert monitoring: your devices are watched for critical alerts, and we respond

- Encryption for sensitive outbound email
- Attachment analysis: hidden malware in attachments is caught before it opens
- Microsoft 365 monitoring: we watch your M365 environment for critical alerts around the clock

Microsoft Tenant Management
Already on Microsoft 365? We can manage your tenant configuration so it's set up the right way and stays that way.
Running Microsoft 365 is one thing. Having it configured securely is another. Most small firms are running Business Basic or Business Standard, which are fine for productivity but don't include the security features your broker-dealer or insurer expects. We can help you get your licensing right and make sure your tenant is locked down.

Prerequisites
Before you can use our managed services, a few things need to be in place. Here's what to know:
Device monitoring: Your device needs to be running a supported operating system. We support Windows, Mac, and Linux.
Email security and tenant management: Your email must be hosted through Microsoft 365, and you need to have full control of your Microsoft tenant. Two situations to be aware of:
- If you purchased your Microsoft 365 licenses through GoDaddy, you will need to go through what we call a "divorce" from GoDaddy to gain full tenant control. GoDaddy has a published article walking you through this, and it's easier than it sounds. We can help.
- Your Microsoft 365 environment needs to have Microsoft Graph Data Connect enabled. If you haven't done this, we can walk you through it: it's a simple step.
